These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GeoLock Camera Android application ("the App"), published by NGH ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Google Play's terms of service.
GeoLock Camera lets you take photos and videos with an optional visible date/time/location stamp and GPS EXIF metadata, browse and organize your captured media on your device, view nearby places on a map, and browse publicly available live street cameras (played back through YouTube). The App does not require an account and stores your photos and videos locally on your device.
Any photo, video, or other media you capture or import using the App is your content. You own it. We do not host, upload, sync, or otherwise transmit your content to NGH's servers, and we make no claim of ownership over it. Because your content stays on your device, you are solely responsible for backing it up, sharing it, and for its lawful use.
The App's date/time/location stamp and EXIF GPS metadata are generated from your device's GPS/location services and are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or precision of any location or timestamp shown or embedded by the App, which depends on your device's hardware, signal conditions, and operating system. The App's location stamps are not certified or guaranteed to be admissible as legal evidence or proof of location/time for any legal, insurance, employment, or official purpose. If you need certified proof of time or location, use a purpose-built, certified solution.
The "live cam" feature lets you browse a list of publicly available street/traffic camera streams and open them in YouTube. These streams are third-party public content that we do not create, host, control, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continued existence of. Viewing a stream is subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may add, remove, or change entries in this list at any time without notice, and a stream may go offline for reasons outside our control.
The App itself (its code, design, and the "GeoLock Camera" name and icon) is the intellectual property of NGH and its licensors and may not be copied, reverse-engineered (except to the extent permitted by applicable law), or redistributed without permission.
Because the App does not host, store, or transmit user-generated content on our servers (see Section 3), and the live-camera feature only links out to third-party public YouTube streams that we do not host, there is no user-uploaded or NGH-hosted content for us to take down. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you capture, import, or share using the App, and for respecting the intellectual property rights of others (e.g. when photographing copyrighted material or people who have not consented to be photographed, where applicable under local law).
If you believe the App itself, its listing, or its assets infringe your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at thanhnghiaandroid@gmail.com with a description of the material and your rights, and we will review and respond.
The App is free to use and supported by advertising, served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, as described in our Privacy Policy. Ads may appear within the App. We do not control the specific content of third-party ads.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LOCATION/TIME DATA IT GENERATES WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NGH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App, and may revise these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature. We will post the updated Terms at this same URL with a revised "Effective date." Your continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your ability to use the App if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
