Privacy Policy
NGH ("we," "us," or "our") develops and operates the Reverse Voice Studio mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, how your voice recordings and notes are handled, what third-party services are built into the App, and the choices available to you. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Your recordings, notes, and voice covers stay on your device
Reverse Voice Studio is an audio tool that lets you reverse audio, record your voice, take voice notes, and create voice covers. This processing happens entirely on your device:
- Audio recordings are saved to the App's private storage on your device.
- Voice notes and their text/metadata are stored in a local database on your device.
- Voice covers you create are saved to the App's private storage on your device.
We do not upload, transmit, or otherwise send the audio, recordings, notes, or voice covers you create to our servers or to any third party. You may export a file to your device's shared Music folder or share it using your device's normal share sheet (for example, to send it in a messaging app) — that is an action you choose to take, and any resulting transfer is handled by the destination app or service you select, not by us.
Permissions we use and why

We do not request access to your contacts, photos, precise location, camera, call logs, or SMS.
Third-party services and SDKs
The App includes the following third-party software development kits (SDKs), provided by Google. These SDKs may collect and process limited technical information as described below, independent of your recordings and notes, which never leave your device.
- Google Firebase Analytics — collects app usage and interaction data (such as screens viewed and features used) to help us understand how the App is used and improve it.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports and diagnostic logs to help us identify and fix bugs.
- Google Firebase Remote Config — lets us remotely adjust certain app configuration values; it does not access your recordings, notes, or voice covers.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), delivered through our advertising module — built into the App, and can access your device's advertising ID along with limited technical/device information, for advertising and measurement purposes as governed by Google's policies. Where required (for example, for users in the European Economic Area and the UK), the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before any ad-related data processing occurs. As of this version, the App does not display any ads to users; we disclose the advertising SDK and the AD_ID permission here because they are present in the App and may be activated in a future update.
- Google ML Kit (on-device Translate and Language Identification) — used for the App's translation feature. Text you choose to translate is processed entirely on your device using an on-device model; it is not sent to Google, to us, or to any other third party. The first time you use translation, the App may download the on-device language model files over the network.
We do not integrate any other analytics, attribution, or advertising SDK in this version of the App.

Data storage, retention, and deletion
Recordings, voice notes, and voice covers remain on your device until you delete them. You can delete individual items from within the App, clear the App's data from your device's system Settings, or uninstall the App to remove all locally stored content. We do not retain copies of this content because it is never sent to us. Analytics and crash data collected through Firebase are retained by Google under Firebase's standard retention settings.
Your choices and rights
- Opt out of personalized advertising through your device's Ads settings (on Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization; or via adssettings.google.com).
- Withdraw or change your advertising consent at any time, where the App's consent flow (Google UMP) applies to you.
- Disable notifications at any time in the App or in your device's system settings.
- Delete your locally stored recordings, notes, and voice covers at any time, as described above.
- Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of information relating to you. Because we do not collect or store your recordings, notes, or voice covers, and because most technical data (analytics, crash logs, advertising identifiers) is processed by Google on our behalf, you can also exercise applicable rights directly with Google using the link above.

Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App's third-party SDKs, contact us at thanhnghiaandroid@gmail.com so we can address it.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with the App. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International data transfers
Firebase and Google Mobile Ads are operated by Google and may process technical/diagnostic data on servers located in countries other than your own, in accordance with Google's own privacy practices and applicable safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
