Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Reverse Voice Studio mobile application (the "App"), provided by NGH ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App
Reverse Voice Studio is a free, no-account audio tool for reversing audio, recording your voice, creating voice notes, and making voice covers, with on-device translation for notes. The App does not require you to create an account or sign in, and there is no in-app purchase in this version of the App.
3. License to use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not give you any ownership interest in the App.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You may use the App to record, reverse, and store audio, notes, and voice covers ("Your Content"). You retain all rights you already have in Your Content. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and because Your Content is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to us, we do not host, transmit, publish, or have access to Your Content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and permissions to record, reverse, store, and share it — including obtaining consent from anyone whose voice you record, and respecting any copyright, publicity, or other rights that may apply to audio you process with the App. Do not use the App to record, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted or third-party material without the necessary rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to record any person without the legal right or consent required to do so under applicable law;
- Use the App for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App, or remove any proprietary notices;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its advertising or analytics infrastructure, or related systems;
- Use automated means to access or use the App in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
6. Ownership
The App itself — including its software, design, graphics, and trademarks (excluding Your Content) — is owned by NGH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the App to you.
7. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services, including Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config), Google Mobile Ads, and Google ML Kit, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' own terms, to the extent applicable.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that audio processing results (such as reversed audio or voice covers) will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NGH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because Your Content is stored only on your device, you are responsible for backing up any recordings, notes, or voice covers you wish to keep; we are not responsible for loss of Your Content resulting from device loss, damage, factory reset, App uninstallation, or similar events.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which also removes Your Content stored by the App on your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable law of your place of residence to the extent required by mandatory consumer-protection rules; otherwise, they are governed by the laws applicable to us as the App's developer, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
